Refund policy

Thank you for supporting our small handmade business! Each dummy clip is carefully handmade and inspected before being sent to you. 

We offer a 7-day refund period for eligible purchases. If you receive your dummy clip and believe it has a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To request a refund or replacement, please contact us with:

* Your order number

* A description of the issue

* Clear photographs of the product and the issue If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable under Australian Consumer Law.

Because our products are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or refunds simply due to change of mind, colour preference or incorrect selection. However, please contact us if there is an issue with your order and we will do our best to assist.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the product and packaging. Please do not continue using a product that appears damaged or defective.

Our products are handmade and may have minor variations in colour, placement and appearance. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
